I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they looked a bit dated with cheap tiles on the floor. The noise next to the pool was a bit bothersome at times. The service was friendly and helpful, especially from the pool staff. The location was convenient, right in front of a mall and Chedraui, but the 24-hour traffic rush on the street could be disruptive. The dining options were great, with a variety of choices to satisfy any eater. The facilities were decent but nothing extraordinary.
